It was in my bar bag and I forgot to give it to you... !

Great truck stop up the road from you.

Great to see you earlier and put a face to the name.

Sign me up for wimps 2040 or when ever I'm lucky enough to retire!

Cheers James

Yes Wimps I managed a 16 mile ride this morning on an E bike of course. On the way back James passed me and started a conversation. I told him I did an uncompleted Lejog last year and he said he was doing it over 8 days When I started bragging about attempting to do a C2C ride in September he asked Are you a wimp. He has been following us on the forum since we first appeared on there, in his words all 130 pages.
Please have a look at his postings as James h at the top of the lejog pages and offer him any help you can

Just to let the camping Wimps know that I will be providing 2 suitcase camp cookers (same as the one Ken had) for you to use and we will also have a kettle for use. In addition we will set our twin burner/grill up for use as long as it ain't raining

This is day3 but it might be altered to show some local attractions in Consett.
This route was prepared on plotaroute using osm cycle map which I also use on my Garmin it may not be compatable with other maps and equipment. This route is well signposted.
www.plotaroute.com/route/856375
Approx 30 miles 1293ft uphill 2028ft downhill
