Mines the gents version. The ride is good, and the butterfly bars offer 12 hand positions so no wrist ache. The seat stem is sprung too!

Yes I am staying in a caravan both nights so I should be able to recharge them. I need to workout with Phil to contact him if I need to swap one.
I am a bit concerned about your 24hour monitor I hope the results were OK this is not an easy ride or walk

Should get the heart results after I get back from the ride... I'll know the answer by then ... One way or another ......

Looks like we will have a tailwind for the ride .... which is nice. .... :)

I used to ride every Sunday with the club, we used to meet up and decide where we were riding to it was always a cafe.
Invariably we decided to ride into the wind on the way out so that we could have a tailwind coming back. It Never Happened

I will be bringing a track pump with gauge, a cycle specific tool kit ( chain whip, crank extractors, freewheel tools etc ), socket set and a selection of chain lubes, WD40 and rags, 6 spare tubes (25 - 32 mm tyres) a spare rear wheel (9 speed ) and a spare tyre (28mm ) ... for all to use as required.
