Hello,
I am planning to fly to India then cycle throughout Singapore and Malaysia. I would like to know if there is anybody here that has experienced AXA Insurance (I am talking about this policy https://www.axa.com.sg/travel-insurance) and if this policy covers cycling..
Thank you !

Depending on your opinions on helmets you might want to check if their cover requires you to wear a helmet. I use BMC travel insurance and for cycling they maintain you should wear a helmet or rather that if you have an accident where a helmet would have lowered your claim and were not using one they may not pay/reduce payment.
I ignored this on the basis that (from maybe faulty memory) the policy required all "normal" safety gear to be used (it was not a cycling specific policy) and I interpreted that e.g. in Netherlands a helmet is not "normal" safety gear for cycling. I may be wrong but it might be something to check with if it concerns you.

I am a bit confused as to why you are flying to India if you are going to be cycling in Malaysia and Singapore. Do you mean you are going to cycle from India to Malaysia and Singapore (via Burma and Thailand)?
Nonetheless, ringing AXA is certainly a good option. If it were me I would be closely scrutinising the insurance policy document, either on-line or paper. Even then, you may need to get things clarified. You need to make sure that cycle touring is covered, not just cycling. One thing to be aware of is that some policies exclude things done as the sole purpose of the trip as in a cycle touring trip rather than just occasional cycling.
Another thing to be aware of is restricted areas where insurance is invalid. Assuming you don't stray into restricted areas in India or Burma (unlikely and often dangerous), the only area that invalidates insurance is the far South East of Thailand from Hat Yai, down to the Malaysian border. I've cycled this area without problems, but also without insurance.
If AXA is no good, then I use InsurandGo who specifically include cycle touring. An annual policy cost about £80 if you have no health concerns and allows as many trip up to 3 months in length as you like. There are other companies that will also cover you, I just don't use them.

One other thing to consider is third party insurance (ie anyone or thing you hit) . My travel insurance doesn't give third party for cycle touring. I get this through my membership of CyclingUK.
Theft of the bike is also not usually included in travel insurance, I get cover for this through my household (bike option) insurance.
If you want the full belt and braces, there are specialist cycle travel policies that include all this, plus bike repatriation, but at a cost.
