I used it once, to get back to London from Montpellier. It's a long journey, for sure, and I found the pick up point was chosen for the convenience of the coach company, not the cyclist. It was a hairy ride to get there!

I'd do it again though. But next time I'd only take the coach as far as Dover then take the high speed train back into London. The trip up to Gravesend was the most tedious part of the entire journey (slow disembarkation from the ferry, traffic, stopping for fuel, more traffic, then a slow train from Gravesend to London).
