The worse bits are probably the sections from Carhaix to Morlaix - Kate's tourer is on 28's and she walked some sections - I could manage on 35's - the road runs parallel along a lot of it and I usually take this and as the road from just past Huelgoat is pretty much all down the valley (apart from the initial hill from Huelgoat) I'd roll down that;-)
