Have you already worked through the information from The Man in Seat 61? https://www.seat61.com/bike-by-train.htm

Phone answer; Bikes can only go from London on direct trains = 7am & 11am.
Email answer; Bikes are only able to travel on the 08.31 service.

Clear as mud !!

There does not appear to be 7am or 0831 services in September. Direct services appear to leave London for Amsterdam at 0616, 0816, 1104 and 1716.

As you say, clear as mud and another discouragement of booking bikes on Eurostar. Were you talking to Eurostar or to Eurodespatch who actually handle the bikes? After all, I guess EuroDespatch should know and they're who you pay and form a contract with for the bike. 0344 822 5822 or email EuroDespatch@eurostar.com

The detail in their FAQ at https://help.eurostar.com/faq/uk-en/que ... n-Eurostar suggests the number of bikes is probably different on different trains.
