The Black Country Living Museum would be about the right distance, but I don't remember them having anything like that.

No, it's not the Black Country Living Museum.

Note that I said "over" so it's not exactly 200 miles from Pelton, it's something over that distance by road.

Yes - well done! On the West Highland Way between Ben Nevis and Glencoe.

It's one of the turbine wheels from the hydro-electric power station that used to power the aluminium factory there.

Kinlochleven a.k.a. "The Electric Village" was the first place to get all homes connected to electricity, and electric street lighting, as they had power to spare left over from the aluminium works.

Ok...guess this place. Its a place I've cycled by and has a little bit of history associated with it. ..not much just a bit.

While both obscure and hardly a route of choice for cyclists, this is as far as I know the only one of it's kind in England.
