Early on in this game someone rebuked us because people didn't know their own country.

Since I have hardly travelled abroad I don't have any idea about many of these posts. I don't mind because it is interesting to see them and learn a little. Just an observation.

My impression is that the majority have been in Britain. I've just checked through those posted in June so far, and 13 have been British and 9 from abroad.

I'm afraid not. Have toured many areas of France including Brittany and I was drawn there in relation to your photo due to the scenescape, simply a process of elimination therefter. It looks lovely however.
