Bike friendly hotel in Paris

Postby rickangus » 26 Mar 2009, 10:56am

I'm looking for a 2* hotel in Paris with secure bike storage facilities (or in room). So far, having e-mailed about a dozen hotels, none of them can help.

What do other people do - must be a common problem?

Google Hotel Central in Bastille,or Hotel De Reuilly in Bercy i stayed in both of those and bikes were not a problem.

I've just booked a night at the Hotel du Nord in June following a recommendation on here. They have around a dozen bikes at the hotel which guests can "borrow" during their stay so I presume cycle storage shouldn't be a problem.

Might be a bit late, but if you want something a little different, try Cecile Bobrie's place http://www.geocities.com/cyclefrance2005/paris.html

I see that the link to her entry in Sawdays French B&B is no longer active - try this one instead:
