Mapping a Tour

Postby robwa10 » 2 Apr 2010, 10:43pm

Well I've had an idea for a little tour this summer, probably around three days worth. My wife's parents live in New Malden, London so I thought that when we go down to visit during the summer she could drive down and I could cycle down.

I've used Mapmyride for riding around the Peak District but are there any good ones for planning a tour? Say something I could enter the start and finish point on and then specify only A or B roads?

If it becomes a reality I'll post some details and maybe if some people are out and about we could ride together for a bit and you could help direct the route, let me know of the best roads. :D
Just Rob please.

Try viamichelin.

You'd need to do it in two stages as they only do bike routes up to 200km, so nominate somewhere (eg Oxford) you'd like to go through
