Cheap accomodation in Fort William/Oban

Trying to plan my next tour and Fort William Youth Hostel is booked up in 17 July
Any recommendations somewhere cheap for a cyclist on tour x 1 night

Also...any ideas about same in Oban for 16th July

Last time we were in Oban we used "Jeremy's" an independant YH, the main hostel was full. Admittedly it was a few years ago but it was third the price of Oban hostel. Interestingly, at the time, Oban was on high season price and there were other B&B's in Oban advertising room rates cheaper than the hostel, so well worth doing some research.
