Cycle routes in France

Cycling up the atlantic coast of France and am wanting some advice on Cycle routes. Heard there is alot around Saintes. Can anyone recommend any books or websites or personal experience please? Thankyou.

many tourist offices have links to cycling pages with maps, here is one for Bordeaux http://www.tourisme-gironde.fr/cdt_piste_cyclable.asp and one for the Somme http://www.baiecyclette.com/En/Pistes-C ... vertes.asp

Just google for the local tourist offcie and see what they have got. Good Luck!
