I have been trying to phone to renew my membership on and off for over two weeks - the phone system simply says the usual "all agents are busy" and to either leave a message or hang on - I have tried both to no avail.
An e-mail to membership@ has been sent asking them to call me and take the details.
Questions :
1 Why is the phone system so inefficient ? (I know it's outsourced)
2 Why is there no online renewal process ? - simple in this day and age
3 Will I be barred from the club run on Wednesday if I haven't renewed?


Somebody help me .... please
