CTC DAs and the call centre

Post by Philip Whiteman »

I rang CTC not so long ago and asked the question, "I live just to the south of Birmingham, can you please tell me what my nearest DA is?" . The response came as 'Woking'.

Now call me stupid but is that not some distance away? When I challenged the operative on the telephone, I received an indignant response that this was the nearest group and that none were located near to where I live.
