I've just had three more.

A woman addressed as Mr.

A man addressed as Ms.

A woman addressed simply by her surname.

It's so, so silly, so embarrassing, so time-consuming and so easy to get right. Print what's on the form!!!!

well, the really good news is that the person who sits in the uncomfortable position between me and whoever makes the decisions has today written a pretty pointed e-mail suggesting that somebody get across this pronto.

well, as we were promised a membership website in October which is still not present I don't think we need to worry about how dire it will be.........

Two days ago I finally got the remainder of the membership cards for my Clubs affiliated members which I sent the fees off for in October but only after three letters of complaint...

Then today I received my sons membership card and find he is now called Halifax Imperial Wheelers..another letter required...

I know of no other organisation that has farmed out its membership services to a third party. I have a folder full of letters I have had to send each and every year to get problems sorted out due to what can only be described as total and utter inability to do even the slightest thing right.

When are Council going to sort this out and bring the job back in house?

if I wasn't a life member I would have resigned in disgust by now.....bah humbeg.
