Advertising on shirts

Post by Pandekay »

We are getting some shirts made for a subgroup within my local CTC club. We were planning to put the name of our favourite pub and LBS on them as well. Are there any legal issues around doing this when the shirts will carry the CTC logo.

I don't see why there should be - there is a big Imp Sport logo on my "official" jersey

Does this mean that the CTC national cycling charity is endorsing that pub and LBS to the exclusion of other pubs and LBS?

If it is going to have any mention of association with CTC, I would have thought it would be at least polite to show National Office the design before committing to it.
