All the 'shiny' things on my new bike came from VV.

We had a problem with something that shouldn't have a problem, Mr B had run out of ideas and patience, blaming my 'blingy' choices instead of his, which are for function! Although he did concede that something so simple couldn't really have anything wrong with it.

They had all the time in the world to advise me/suggest a solution. If their suggestion doesn't work they will send a replacement - no issues at all.

My husband will try their suggestion when he is home next, hopefully it will work, not something he would have thought about.

Really nice people, lovely attitude, big thumbs up from us.
