Yes German websites do seem to expect a modicum of intellect on the part of the user

I love the fact that on German bike websites lights are in the bike components area rather than the accessories area

I bought a Team Xeon CGF from them, great bike and hassle free deal.

They have a free phone number to talk to them, they all speak English too.

Only issue I've had is with the parcelfarce side of it, a package spent 4 days enjoying the Essex countryside much to my annoyance!

been quoted by local wheel builder 700c mavic rims, deore hubs, aci spokes,32 hole's £150 seems reasonable

Just got their brochures. Awesome and pricing isn't bad at all. I know our Parcelforce courier well and have no issue...hc

Rose bikes I think the minimum postage is £7 - they use a courier. some things in Germany are considerably cheaper than the UK eg BM bottle dynamos eg £24 v £46 here.

I've mentioned this several times before, but I'm consistently getting free delivery for some reason. Does nobody else?

well not me; the first purchase I made I did get a smallish back pack for free, thats all

My first order, I got what I appeared to be a cereal bowl. Actually I use it for bike bits...somehow I guess it was really intended for that. I never knew I needed one

the site looks fine and the prices are decent but has anyone used them?

I've bought lots of stuff from them and find them very good. Especially their after sales service. On one occasion they even phoned me uninvited to sort something out. The only problem I've ever had with them is they use ridiculously big boxes for small items: This is how they came!!

If you haven't seen this thread then note that it can be cheaper shopping in Euro rather than £ on the RoseBikes site (change the dropdown choice at top right of the RoseBike page) if you have the right credit card with a 0% Visa currency conversion fee.
