Bikester

Post by whoof »

I've never heard of this this shop/site, I think it might be Dutch. The prices look very good but I can't find the model Kona Sutra linked below for sale any retailer I recognise. I have found it on Amazon and OOTDoors . I know there have been a number of sites set up to that have no stock and have no intention of doing anything but taking your money. Has anyone used this company and if so what were your experiences?

Whois says they are German. A search says Customer service might not be the best.

I've used them a few times for items not available at my favoured suppliers or not at the same price. I am aware that some have had poor customer service, but my transaction have been fine, including one return. Queries are replied to promptly, shipping is tracked and with DHL, all pretty standard stuff.

Thanks, I saw some of the negative feedback was about DHL delivery when you are out but this wouldn't be a problem for me as I'd get stuff sent to work.

Used them again in the last couple of weeks, ordered something and changed my mind when it arrived.
Returned free with a downloaded label and taken to the PO, full refund received within a week.

I'd have no hesitation in using them again based on my transactions so far.

I have only recently found them (Bikester) and can't fault the ordering and delivery process.

Used them couple times. Biggest problem when item is out of stock - order is hanging forever, no customer support letting you know about situation until you try to trace why order is not being shipped...
