They advertise a 365 day return period (with obvious fair conditions).
Ordered an Ortlieb thingy for protecting a tab about 6 months ago.
As soon as it arrived I realised it wasn't what I expected and had left it sitting around.
Eventually organised myself to return it but for the life of me couldn't find the order number to put on their returns form.
But had paid by paypal so I had a paypal number.
Two emails to cyclestore and replies so fast it was like a conversation - order number provided, item returned and dosh back in paypal account.
Brilliant service.
