I've recently bought a couple of items from them (REFLEC360 Touring backpack, 20l & a pair of REFLECT360 Elete leg warmers), and I can honestly say they are great bits of kit.
Functionality of both is cracking, and the reflective patches are a bonus. The bag is near perfect for my needs, and at 20l more than enough for my commute.
Delivery was on time and not expensive for 48Hr Tracked delivery.
