Echelon Cycles is a shop based in Pershore, Worcestershire that focusses on selling top of the range road bikes, but I purchased a Van Nicholas Yukon audax bike from them recently. Their service could not be faulted. Tim Ashton, the owner, was at hand. He spent about an hour sizing me up prior to ordering a frame from Van Nick. Once the frame arrived, I was sized yet again and adjustments were made to the complete bike. Tim demonstrated an expert knowledge and at all times he was customer focussed.

And the reason I went to Echelon is simple. I had attempted to purchase a Ti audax bike via Spa Cycles and was not treated particularly well. Spa's loss is Echelon's gain.

My husband (bikepacker) also buys from Tim. He says they always give good advice.

Hello Philip,
I am seriously thinking about a Van Nicholas Yukon, how are you finding yours, any regrets about puchasing it, and would you recommend getting it from Echelon?
Any feed back would be much appreciated!

Just had my bike serviced by the Echelon team & have to say what a great job they have done.
Feels like a new bike now, in fact better than when I brought it.
