Has to be the worst service I've ever had in a bike shop in my entire life. Nearly killed my bike and recommended I take it to Condor!!!! :evil:

You've obviously never experienced the monkeys at ""word corrected to Halfords"".
I know Bike UK are bad, as I have had to use them when nowhere else was open.
