That was an expensive Sunday! New tent(Vango Soul 100....1.73kg), new sleeping bag (OEX Roam 100...950g) and sleeping mat (Vango Trek 3 standard....940kg) purchased......all from Go Outdoors and total weight of only 3.6 kg.....not too bad. LeJog is coming together for me

I've just bought a set of rollers. Impossible first try, bloody hard the second. Away with work since so not been back on them but when I do I'll set a fan up to cool me!!

I’ve never used them and I did try a turbo about three times. The boredom killed me. Winter fitness for me is a couple of squash games a week it’s warm and dry and only takes 40 mins. I tend to mtb more in the winter as I reckon one mile off road is as good as three on the road.
My own LEJOG plan is to up my mileage from the end of April and in particular get used to riding consecutive days. Though no doubt Rabbie might well be right.

About 1km from our hotel .... go for re-hydrating max ...lol
