Did you get cafe menu's. Do they do proper Scones or those southern thin, flat scoones?

Welsh cakes at one ....

Me and TFJ + Grandson are off back to Cornwall again next Wednesday. If any parts of the route south of Tewkesbury need a recce let me know.
I will publish the "watering hole" list for July's route on Friday .... I currently have a 221 Voyager train in the laboratory for slew tests and have finally managed to get out on the bike this afternoon .... There are not enough hours in the day ......

I think we are sorted around there but maybe Kft or cycleruk want a campsite or three checking watch this space

It would nice to check on any of the campsites. Bristol is about 40 miles away and Ludlow is just up the road.
A ride on the route from north of Gloucester to get an idea of traffic, to pass on to the group.
Cheers

I've never been on a campsite of any sort but cressfield park has a lot of grass, a toilet block with showers ,coin operated clothes washer and drier, a pub that does meals within a couple of hundred yards and sometimes from the comfort of my static van I've seen campervans drive onto pitches with electric hookup and tribes of tents appear and disappear from the adjacent field.
Aren't they all like That?

And I suspect that my lazy week means I was nowhere near the top of the leaderboard. Must try harder..
