Happy Birthday to you both. Have a great day and enjoy your meal tonight.
If you're unsure where to go some friends I was with in February highly recommended the Fir Tree at Crook - you can get proper Steak Pie :D

Happy birthday to you both. I hope you both have a lovely day.
With you anniversary and LEJOG, it’s a big year.

First ride out on a road bike in 6 months so a happy day for me. Surprisingly quicker than the MTB.

Crook?
Standish Lower Ground?
Wigan?

My father's people came from Crook. He was born 363 Gidlow Lane Wigan and played the organ in Crook chapel as a young man.

Bet it's great to be back on the bike again properly after so long - quick ride as well- looks lile Landsurfer was right - even into a headwind you'll still be too quick!

Silly me!
Crooke is the place I meant, not Crook.

Just shows you how long it has been since I was anywhere near there. I was a teenager back then.

I certainly is while the weather is so nice. I would love to think I’m always that quick. I met a group from a local club and tucked in the draft for around 20 miles. They were doing about 23mph, on an 80 mile ride.

I can reverse mine at the moment.
I'm 56, and next year will be ok, but the year after won't be at all.

Wimps Strava Club
Flash did longest ride most total distance and most climbing
Sbcoombs was second in all three
KFt was third in total distance and longest ride
Paulatic completed the list with third most climbing
Great to see Sbcoombs back out on a road bike

Now the sun is out, or at least it was, you really have no excuses. Time waits for no man and June 23rd is racing toward us.
