Hi Guys
Firstly a big HI to all Wimps male and female xxx
A massive well done to David and Julie on securing baby Riley's future.....much respect
Next a big thank you to our truly magnificent support crew Chris, Cally, Lynda,Julie...we could not have done it without you xxx
A big hiya to all fellow riders.....these guys helped me so much....(Grandad) Paul, (Racing Snake) Alasdair, Ken, (Sloop/ Swoop)John , (Cav) David, (Washing Machine Legs) Pete, (Super Domestique)Steve, John, Kev......legends!
I admit I haven't done much riding since JOG but when we got back I was informed via an X-ray that I chipped a bone in my elbow 2 weeks before we set off when I fell off my bike but as soon as it's better my bike and my Sudocrem will once again be off adventuring!

Hope to see some of you soon
Nick xx

We chatted about sharing your extensive picture library during the ride ... if i was to send a box of memory sticks could you do a download for the WIMPS ..?

Why don't you wimps use Dropbox or Google Drive, or something? Then you don't need to use memory sticks or anything like that?

It could be a slow process but what you would have to do is open each picture then screenshot them.....

I’ve now got my blog in chronological order which makes easier reading. There is also an addendum now finally getting over day 4 :D Next project is to make it into a pdf to put it up on Robgul's web site.

Did anyone else keep a blog?

I leave Turin on 3rd September. Hoping to finish a week later but will see how my legs cope. I then have another week in Nice to relax afterwards.

And Chris and I will make sure the South West brigade get there.

Can I mention if we don't start suggesting dates and venues we could end up taking turns riding one of my bikes......

Just to let my fellow wimps know there should now be a link on my face book page to the photos I took. There are some that may interest Nick, John B, Paul and David in particular, but feel free to pinch any!

Sorry, I missed your post.

I will post updates on Facebook as and when I can find a signal.
I think I have found the polar opposite of our Wimps route, as this one actively seeks out the biggest, steepest hills.
