Mmmm ... How about 350 (ish) miles, ridden over 5 days with a camping / social weekend each side of it ?

That could be fun :)

I see John is clocking up miles again so hope Ken is also feeling a bit less tender.

My ribs were doing ok until I bent over to pull up the ground bolt on the front gate, I must have damaged them again but they are slowly improving.
I have a hospital appointment on 1st August to discuss treatment of the prostate cancer if I manage to get over that I will be looking at attempting Lejog again
I will be 72 by then but I really want to follow in the Wimps wheel tracks and complete the ride

Well done Chris! :D

Yes well done Chris, I can't tell you how pleased I was to see the backup van and be recovered. The ice lollies were fantastic

Hi,
Good luck with your recovery and any future problems.
I am seeing the vascular surgeon in a week to sort my circulation in lower leg, I am keeping optimistic that technology has moved on a bit and it will be keyhole etc.

Sincerely good luck with that. Statistically your chances are good 8) I have a friend who recently recovered, despite an initially poor prognosis.
