How do you navigate that page and get current position, I only saw he was north of Exeter?

I'd agree the m reading is elevation. It had me wondering at first but very broadly speaking it increases after a slow bit and drops after a fast bit. What first gave me the idea that it was elevation was that it was broadly similar to a height shown on the map. I suspect that the delay in transmission of the data makes it seem inaccurate.

I would be interested to know the significance of the percentage figure. When I first looked it was 100% and as I type it's 92% having gradually dropped. Something showing how much up or down on his schedule would be the only relevant info.

I was also following the progress of Support Car 2. It drove into Exeter and parked up at a service station for a few minutes and then stopped at some lock up garages nearby. It's now on the move again.

Support Car 2 is currently parked in Ide Lane Exeter, close to the roundabout at the junction with the A30 and A377. Looks like his route takes him along Ide Lane.

(I'm assuming / hoping that the tracker timings are out of sync. Otherwise, he seems to be riding close behind support car 2 a lot of the time.)

I see he didn't use Rob's Passage.

Earlier, I was watching as he climbed Highgate Hill - the bypass of Fraddon and Indian Queens on the A30. It's a pig of a climb on the A30 even in a car.

Indian Queens was the name of the coaching inn there, but originally-originally, it was The Indian Queen (singular) supposedly named after Pocahontas. The settlement/village around the Inn eventually became known as Indian Queen. When Queen Victoria became Empress of India, the village was renamed Indian Queens.

If I've got this right, he's almost 30 mins up on schedule at Waterloo Cross roundabout.

I hope he has better luck than me at Waterloo Cross when I was riding to JOG.
There'd been a road traffic incident up the hill near Appledore with a fatality. The police closed the road for much of the day.
Luckily, as I arrived, they were just finishing off and took pity on me, so let me through ............ they may not have done.
The diversion was prohibitive for me due to the extra distance.

I think that percentage figure is the percentage of the ride yet to do.

Say 890miles total and he's at 83% as I type this minute.
83% of 890miles is 738.7miles to go.
Means he's done so far 151.3miles.

The % figure has been consistently falling, it must represent the remaining distance as a percentage of the whole.

If you hover over his previously reported positions you get a pop-up with various fields. I'm trying to make sense of the three figures labelled DFM, DFZ, and DFR, all reported in km.
DFM looks to be his distance from the start, DFZ could be the distance since the last reported point but doesn't seem to correspond with the distance on the map. There appear to be two figures for DFR, I've no idea what they represent.

Looking at his schedule he's 30 mins up still. Is he going to fast? I guess he knows his power output.
