CrossCountry 15% off Terms and Conditions
A “Qualifying Ticket” means any single adult or child Standard or First Class CrossCountry Advance e–Ticket (including m-Tickets) which are valid for travel between 22 July 2018 and 2 September 2018 (inclusive). For the avoidance of doubt a return ticket does not constitute a Qualifying Ticket.
If a Qualifying Ticket is purchased between 10:00 on Monday 2 July 2018 and 23:59 on Monday 23 July 2018 (the “Purchase Period”), and the promotional code ‘JULY’ (the “Promotional Code”) is entered at the time of purchase, a 15% discount will be applied to the price of the Qualifying Ticket.
In order to benefit from the 15% discount, Qualifying Tickets must be purchased during the Purchase Period using the Promotional Code through the CrossCountry website, CrossCountry mobile site or the CrossCountry mobile phone application only.
The Promotional Code can be used in conjunction with Railcards.
The Promotional Code is not valid for use with:
the NUS extra discount;
CrossCountry & Connections tickets; or
CrossCountry Advance Purchase on the Day tickets
and the discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion except as set out in these terms and conditions.
There is no limit on how many separate purchase transactions a customer may make using the Promotional Code throughout the Purchase Period, however the Promotional Code will only work on up to a maximum of nine (9) Qualifying Tickets per transaction.
All Qualifying Tickets are subject to availability.

If you amend your booking of a Qualifying Ticket for any reason the 15% discount applied to your Qualifying Ticket will not be transferred or applied to the amended booking, and you will be liable to pay any balance of the cost of such amended booking.
