Hi,
Forget two weeks it will run into months, loan riders Will set off never to be seen again.
Bike maintenance might be a problem.
Camping gear would be Manda Tory.

I am interested, good luck.

I think the logistics of this ride means it's a non starter. Pity.....I wonder if anyone's done it on a fixed gear mountain bike???

I'm struggling to find a way of doing it without carrying camping gear, or even if it was to be B&B's, I can't work out how riding kit could be cleaned quickly enough so I didn't end up carrying lots of clothes (especially if the weather was wet). I'm not fit enough to ride a fully laden bike that distance, I think End to End off road on a fixed gear bike would be a challenge in itself without making it impossible by carrying stuff....

Hi,
Camping sets you free from time slots, allows you to start and stop at will, I would not do it any other way.
I can only suggest going light, a shelter for you and gear but bike outside, camp stealth.
There will be plenty sites that are free.

Summer time means washing in a stream or public toilets with basin, a bit of rain won't kill you.

Fixed................off road would mean ditching that 74 " gear which will make road work hard graft.

Cheers but carrying stuff would make it really hard work. I’ve 2 fixed MTB, both 65” (I think)...

Hopefully I'm doing JOGLE next year, so it would be good to do the off road version in 2020. I just need to find something interesting to ride this year......

If we’re talking camper van and sherpas then that’s different. I could well be persuaded....
