Lejog routes from Sustrans 74 over to Kincardine Bridge

Anyone have any ideas as to how to to cycle from Sustrans 74 over to the Kincardine Bridge? We have relations who live just over the bridge where we can stay overnight.

Put it into www.cycle.travel and it will give you a route - basically leave Route 74 around Hamilton and it's about 35 miles to Kincardine via Cumbernauld, Bonnybridge and Falkirk. Cycle.travel routes are generally quiet but not the fastest.
