Help! 're lejog report form

I am trying to purchase the end to end t shirt but the site will not let me as it keeps asking for a report form! I have uploaded all of my Strava rides....14 of them...but this is not proof!
Any suggestions would be welcome....I have over 550 photos and 9 others (the Wimps) who will verify the ride
I am at my wits end!

https://www.cyclinguk.org/sites/default ... eet_18.pdfI did it pre GPX and Strava days and got the hotel/hostel to stamp the squares, those we forgot we just filled in where we stayed. If you didn't keep the record as you went, the other evidence you have may be required, but I suspect not.
