So I’m having a go at the 100 hr time. Plan is really for 4 days riding. Going le to Monmouth day 1 mostly via a30 but with options to use some of the minor roads on either side if traffic does my head in. Day 2 aim is to get to Penrith. Day 3 finishes at Fort William. I reckon on 16 hrs moving time a day. Have no idea if I can sustain 360 km a day but have done a few 400s this year in good time. Leaving on 1st September

I did it a couple of years ago on a 1,000 mile hilly route. It's tough. Good luck

To tell you the obvious it gets progressively harder. Psychologically i found day 4 the hardest.

Given the amount of gear on the bike Im guessing there is some sort of bivy set up in there. Also these days you dont need to book in advance as much with airbnb (other than crazy times like last bank holiday weekend).

Hi,
This is unsupported, bivvy bag, sleeping bag, pillow, waterproof hood, all contained in the bar bag. (1.345g with bar bag)
Slung under tail bag is a camp mat (130g with plastic bag)
Green waterproof is normally stored in the tail bag.
