That's a myth.

I actually thought JOGLE was better/easier than LEJOG - with JOGLE you start at the back end of nowhere and civilisation unrolls before you :D
...And by time you get to the Hell we call Dorset and Cornwall you are fit and ready. Who designed Devon and what were they thinking????
