7 day JOGLE starting 16 August

After spending a long time lurking around this site I thought it was time to join the club, so to speak. I've found the advice and tips on here really useful in planning my trip. I'm doing it in memory of my late sister to rasie money for research into ovarian cancer - www.justgiving.com/pedallingforjoy if that particularly vicious disease has touched your life and you want to help.
I'm starting from the top, as getting back from LE is far easier than from JOG. My theory also is that we mostly get westerlies in this country, so it's going to be pretty similar whether you go north/south or south/north. I planned a route for around 120 miles a day [audax distance, which I'm used to doing], staying in B and Bs- but at the doubtless hideous LE Hotel on the last night, because I didn't want to cycle any more!
JOG - Inverness - Kinross - Carlisle - Weaverham [just S of Wigan] - Chepstow - Exeter - LE. Mostly A or B roads, as I'm looking to have a 'working day' from 8 until 6 and too much navigation around back roads eats into that time.
Thanks go to Mick F in particular for the info re Dartmoor. I'll either go over the top of it or around it depending on how I feel on the last day. Suspect it will be over it though!
This is a helpful and supportive forum - keep it up!
