Will be riding on both in my JOGLE for a long stretch, would like to know if it is particularly busy as I could avoid.

Is the A155 and A518 busy?
A puncture in the middle of nowhere simply gives you more time to admire the view.

Hi Matt,
Can't speak for the A155, but the A518 shouldn't be all that busy. There are quite straight, fast sections between Uttoxeter and Stafford, but away from rush hours, it doesn't get all that busy. Quite rural out here. The stretch through Stafford will be busy during peak times, and you may come across a few trucks on the west side of Stafford through the villages towards Newport – it's the quickest way to get to the A41/M54/A5 etc. But it's single carriageway all the way.
