+1.

I'm off Up North in a few weeks, first stop is Bridgwater. 88miles.
I'll take a packed lunch.

Next day is to Ledbury, and then Wrexham. 80odd miles each, but I'll find a cafe mid day each day.

Are those orange boxes spare tubes? Do most people take that many (5)?? My husband & I were planning 2 each, plus patch kits, enough?

Five spare inner tubes seems a bit OTT - a couple should be enough IMO.

Also it looks like you have 2 pumps (and CO2 cartridges)?

My view on our LEJOG was that if anything did happen, we were never too far from civilisation (and bike shops) :D

Passed into Scotland today - bike and rider are generally in good nick apart from some slight saddle sores and a very tender ankle .... Weather has been completely stunning all the way, serious cycling tan going on - I will create a blog when I'm back - have been doing long updates each day on my Facebook - sponsorship is now pushing 3k! Has been an amazing experience so far - onto loch lomand tomorrow

Glad you enjoyed it - I certainly enjoyed making it! I have finished it now if anyone else wants a look and I will be constantly updating my site if anyone wants to favorite and follow me .... or even better to share it!

These blogs were a god send to me during my planning so I really hope mine might help some others
