JOGLE Route - Bike Shops

Post by Robbo16 »

Hi All,

I am leaving for John O'Groats on Friday and just finalising my route. I wondered if anyone had any details of bike shops they have previously passed on their route? If so, could you share them with me in case I may need ...

Thank you very much

There's a good one in Wick ...... or there was in 2011 as you come out of the town up the hill on the left at the traffic lights, A cyclists dream. A cake shop with an internal door to the bike shop.

As Churchill would say OH YES

Is it still there? I could do with knowing myself as I'll be passing it myself in a couple of weeks :D

The 'Bike Hub' app shows bike shops, as well as being ok for cycling navigation.

In Penrith I asked Arragons (pretty well in the centre of town) for lend of a track pump - which they did no hesitation.
