Thanks again. She has been seen and reluctant to go back. I think she is going to try a Manta saddle and keep everything crossed [metaphorically!].

I presume she is having no other infection type issues, has Diabetes been ruled out?

No diabetes. The manta saddle is interesting in that the old pattern of several blades seems to been changed into something else. Anyway she is going to try the Selle Italia Diva - more in hope than expectation!

I'm getting on okay with my Diva. It's very much harder than any saddle I've had before, and I did wonder at first if that would be a problem, but I have been taking it carefully, with 'not-too-long rides' to build up.
Due to flooding I had to add 10 miles onto an already longer-than-usual ride this week, and it felt the same at the end of the ride as at the beginning - firm, but no bruising or discomfort on the sitbones, and the softer bits were very happy- no pressure or rubbing at all- definitely better than any other saddle I've had in that respect, so I'm very happy with it so far.
I do hope it works for her.

Thanks for all the comments. An update! The Selle saddle with a seat/height adjustment seems to be doing the trick. Still early days but things are looking better.

Glad to hear it. :)
Lets us know how she gets on longer term if you can, as it may well help others visiting the thread.
