Step-over bikes for women

Postby gnvqsos » 1 Apr 2018, 9:07am

I have just read in the Male on Sunday a plan to remove the step-over bike frame for women on grounds of discrimination.Therse bikes are weaker than male bikes and for years women have been exploited,their safety put at risk.Beneath the article was n advert/article by a solicitor who thinks this could be bigger than the PPI scandal with millions of women cyclists,and some men who ride ladies bikes,likely to benefit from compensatioin claims.Shares in Dawes and Raleigh sunidiaries have been rocked,and runours are circulating that the receivers KPMW are being placed on alert to handle possible liquidation sales.

There is a solution to this, I saw a frame with a step-over height of zero, the front and back wheels were in the usual places and were joined by a thick tube describing an elongated U shape

Expensive, heavy, non-standard, but it could be the only way some people could cycle

Got a photo somewhere :wink:

PS:OP:
Could be a good new business for Captain Loophole
Cycling-of course, but it is far better on a Gillott

Ho and indeed ho. I guess my favourite builder's out of business:

(always worth popping in to see what's she's been doing, she does some non-standard builds for people with specific challenges)

Challenge = problem

Is chess especially popular in Bishops Castle?

No, a challenge is a challenge, people with said issues do not necessarily see them as problems, and if they do I think it's their call, not mine.

That DM and it's crazy inflamatory, anti-Scottish propaganda! Disguising it as opposition to discrimination against women only makes it worse!

I've suspected it for a long time, but now I think I really must out you. It's all fallen into place - political views exactly aligned, and now you use the phrase you became famous for.

You are David Cameron aicmfp.

ONLY a joke? Humour is a serious matter here in Germany
Must one wear a kilt when cycling in Scotland, does the rule apply to laddies only, or are ladies allowed to wear skirts?
