Any advice on tightening head set on my sprint

Current ahead threadless version or old threaded version? They're both standard. The ahead one should be a doddle to adjust surely?

The headsets on a trike are like a headset on a bike, just two of them in a strange place, so tighten the same way.
Don't over-tighten them otherwise the steering will feel as though there's a tight spot on either side of a notch.
