Well time is moving on LEJOG starts on 6th May. Adventure Trike going well had my first puncture - fun getting the inner tube out and back in but hey did it. All good. Will do my Strava 100km on the 17th March now the snow has gone.

Will put my route up on LEJOG site for information - just short of 1000 miles: 20 or so miles a day some less some more. Should be ok - even with those hills it will just take me longer - no rush - just need to get the camping thing sorted, back garden is a good place to start.

Front ones should be trivial - rear a little harder, but not tricky...

I carry a sidewinder spare in case of rear visitation - means Indont have to remove the wheel.
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way. No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.

Sidewinder is a brand name I think - basically it's a linear inner tube, so you can wind it onto the wheel (from the side) and the ends overlap to give you a 'good enough' inner tube to last a (long) while.

I tend to pull mine back out when i get home and put a 'proper' tube in there (the mended one that i had to tie up to the chain stay being a good one to use - still no need to remove the wheel :D
