Looking for easily transported recumbent bike

Post by Norton »

Looking for a used recumbent bike that either folds or will comfortably fit tow bar rack (in latter case c. 110 cm wheelbase or less). Origami, Grasshopper, Fiero, ICE B etc or alternatively maybe a folding late model Linear. Must be in excellent to near mint condition. Will also consider frameset. PM me with details. I’m in SW London. Also posted in wanted section.

Consider dropping a wheel out - saves significant length.
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way. No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.
There are two kinds of people in this world: those can extrapolate from incomplete data.

I used to carry my StreetMachine GT on the back of a standard carrier. It was ten years ago now, not sure I should have maybe. The boom ended up so high it worked well.

A Grasshopper FX would fold to go inside the car. Or is that Grasshoppers full stop?
