Ah hardly a fail as there is a pretty simple reason why there is no ICE product; none qualify for 2013. I suspect you will see the Vortex VTX a 2014 model update in the 2014 Recumbent of the Year nominees list.

Yes, because releasing a trike in 2013 obviously qualifies it for 2014 :?
I hate "marketing years"

The 2014 comment was my take on it but if you read the rules, I am guessing the "widely available" criteria is the sticking point.

Due to our nomination rules (must be new or majorly revised for 2013 and widely available at the end of the calendar year) the list is a bit shorter than last year but there are a lot of great options!

EDIT: Missed this part of the rules ...

If you don’t see a bike or trike on the list please remember that in order to be nominated a bike MUST be either completely new and/or completely revised in 2012. AND it must have been widely available at some point during the calendar year.

Not sure if that is a typo and should read 2013.

Anyway I am sure Brian would be interested in your evidence that demonstrates it is widely available, particularly in the US given that BROL US based.

BTW can the new model be purchased of dealer floors in the UK yet? I don't believe it is out here for example, but we are a small market so a delay is expected.
