Carradice Super C A4 panniers

Postby fixedfixer » 11 Aug 2019, 4:29pm

These bags are called Carradice Super C bags. They are the A4 model. These have quick release / adjustable fittings . One bag was returned to Carradice for a professional repair on the straps (where the stitching has come undone. Carradice reinforced them with rivets as can be seen in the photo. (probably stronger than the original design). Also looking for £35 for the pair. Can post or you can collect from Aberdeen.

Potentially interested. Could I ask for just one more photo showing the hooks for clipping the bags to a rack? Just wondering which type they are.

Here you go. They are the type where the grey clip slides around to clamp the pannier rack. Bother the clips and the lower ‘finger’ as I call it (the bit which goes around rack leg) can be adjusted to suit your rack. :D

Thank you for taking the time. I am afraid I am going to pass on this opportunity for now, as the grey Carradice clips aren't the best for the rack I use.

They look like great bags and I'm sure someone will be getting a bargain from you.

@Zanda, no problem.

Anyone want to make an offer? If so send a PM and a postcode and I’ll see what we can sort out. :wink:
