I haven’t used these for a while as I now use flat pedals, but do remember they kept my feet nice and dry and warm.
They are a little bit frayed around the cleat cutout but still work as intended.

Would these fit over a pair of walking boots, as I cycle in them..?

I think they would not fit boots, I used them with recessed cleat cycling shoes.
