Freestanding one person tent wanted

Postby b1ke » 21 Aug 2019, 2:03pm

I'm on the lookout for a freestanding one person tent. Something along the lines of a MSR Hubba or Terra Nova Southern Cross would be ideal. Ideally green outer, although not essential. Good condition, especially the seam tape.

Other brands considered, although lightweight is also important. PM if you've got anything gathering dust that you'd like to sell. Cheers in advance.

I have a Robert Saunders Spacepacker. Used only a few times then carefully stored away for years. I can't see me using it again. Very light, superbly built - something of a legend in lightweight tents, but no longer available since Robert's passing away. (If you're not familiar with Saunders' tents - google is your friend).

Pm me if you're interested.

I'm in Morecambe, Lancs.

Thanks for the offer, but the Spacepacker wouldn't suit I'm afraid. I need something freestanding.
