I can’t help with your exact requirements but am currently replacing some 27” wheels with 700c. The rims are alloy, wide, single wall and Weinmann. They have stayed true for me and being on the wide side they give a comfy ride. The front wheel is spoked and has a large flange hub (simplest to supply as is) and the rear wheel has a Sach hub gear in it that needs to be removed (just supply rim), both rims are 36 hole. Should it be desired then in my spares box I probably have a rear hub to match the front one.

If the wheel and rim are of interest then sent me a private message and we’ll work something out.

I might have something. I am going to my storage lockup soon, so can have a look- if you're still looking?

Still searching thanks, complete wheels may well be ok as long as the spoke numbers are correct as I will be rebuilding into hubs I have.

Saw this. Not the model you asked for, but might get you going if you're stuck.

Is the hub special?
New hubs are cheap enough.

I've got a pair of Dunlop Special Lightweight rims in 32/40 which came out of a 1953 Carlton. They are in reasonable condition for their age. Looking for £70 for the pair plus postage. Might have a Weinmann 32 hole rim as well - need to go and have a look in the shed(s). Whereabouts are you?

Sorry for the delay, I have sorted the dunlop rim, but I am still after a 32 hole weinmann, Many thanks to all who have replyed. yes the hubs are special, the rims are to make up matching pairs of wheels for a couple of vintage bikes, a Sun and a Carpenter.

I have a Weinman 32 spoke old but in good condition but postage would be prohibitive I should think?
