Folks, not mine, but text from the owner is as follows (I have added the description as picture was to large) :-
Hi
I had my road bike stolen from Oxford city centre last Thursday 7th when it was locked outside Bills on St Michel's Street. It's one of a kind and stands out as you can't buy bikes this big - unless it's a custom build.
I'd be grateful if anyone who reads this could keep an eye out for it.
On the down tube it has the words 'Teckno' and the top tube 'Goteravit'. The 70 cm frame is made from Reynolds 853 tubing, blue colour, gatorskin tyres, double shimano chainset, toe clips, bar end shifters, side pull brakes of some sort, and (despite frame size) lots of seat post/stem showing.
I'm hoping that as the bike is so distinctive there's a chance I can be reunited with it. I hate to think how much it would cost to get a similar bike built for me.
Any information would be massively appreciated. I'm happy to give a reward for return if that helps to get it back.
Thanks
Phil Swan

Re: 70 cm(!) bike stolen in Oxford
The photo would be useful & interesting.
Can you not scale it smaller - simple enough ( e.g 500 pixel wide ). ?

Re: 70 cm(!) bike stolen in Oxford
On my way to the Oxford Space4cycling event and what should I see locked up in Oxford?
After a few phone calls/owner waiting for the police etc the bike is now back with its owner (a tad the worse for wear).
So, never give up!

You can buy bikes that big - I've got one.
Its a distinctive frame, so that helped with it's return. Well done.
